Arthur Chardonnay comes from 100% of the estate’s vines, located in the Dundee Hills in the Willamette Valley. It is named after Véronique Boss-Drouhin’ son. The yields are contained and the vine has an early ripening capacity.

Expressive and vibrant, Arthur opens with a flourish of tart green apple and a focused bouquet of orange blossom and nicely ripe melon. There is lemon zest, honeysuckle, and fresh almonds on the palate, with a note of pear essence on the finish. It offers a nice balanced acidity and a medium-long finish.

This is a graceful Chardonnay with fragrant aromas of ripe mango, honeydew melon and peach along with hints of key lime pie, apple and floral notes. This medium-bodied wine has a bright and flavourful mouthfeel full of fruit and a touch of creamy vanilla spice, leading to a lasting citrus and melon finish.

Michter’s Bomberger`s Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon 2025

This 2025 release of Bomberger’s Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon continues the flavorful tradition of using bourbon aged in Chinquapin (Quercus muehlenbergii) oak. This year’s release uses barrels wherein the wood has been naturally air dried and seasoned for different periods of time before undergoing our exacting toast and char specifications. The spectrum of barrels used have been seasoned for 18 months, 3 years, 4 years and 5 years thus changing the chemistry of the oak’s contribution during aging. The result is a bold journey of flavor with chocolate, floral notes, berries, salted caramel, baking spice and many rich, decadent layers of complexity.

Michter’s Shenk`s Homestead Sour Mash Whiskey 2025

Similar to previous releases, this 2025 Shenk’s Homestead Sour Mash Whiskey is an expression made with a good amount of rye. To accentuate the rye characters, some of the fully matured whiskey was finished in toasted only French oak barrels that were not charred. This wood was sourced from the Vosges region of France before being naturally air dried and seasoned for 24 months and being toasted to our exacting specifications. With this year’s release using the toasted French oak, a bolder, lingering spice emerges balanced by some dried fruit and toasty burnt sugar and toffee qualities.

Shafer Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay

Founded in 1978, Shafer Vineyards is situated in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, east of the Silverado Trail and just north of the town of Napa. Although their main focus has always been luxuriant, richly textured Cabernet Sauvignons from their Stags Leap vineyards, they own and farm vineyards also in Napa’s southernmost Carneros District.
Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay, From Shafer’s superbly sited, eponymous vineyard in the Napa Valley side of Carneros. It is barrel fermented, with wild yeast, and matured for 14 months in a combination of 75% new french oak barrels (Allier, Vosges) and 25% stainless steel barrels. Malolactic fermentation is prevented and as a result, the richly textured, intensely flavoured, concentrated fruit is beautifully supported by pure, vibrant acidity.

Geyserville is a traditional field blend of zinfandel and its complementary varieties: carignane, petite sirah, and mataro (mourvedre). Each vintage is unique, distinct, extraordinary… yet they do have elements in common, including the blackest of blackberry fruit, ripe plum, rich cherry, and cedar. A remarkably consistent and elegant wine with exceptional layering, Geyserville’s unique flavour characteristics are often attributed to the relatively higher percentage of carignane, added to the petite sirah found in most of our other zinfandels. Among the most age-worthy of Ridge wines, Geyserville often drinks beautifully well beyond 10 years of age.

Lytton Springs is home to 100-plus-year-old zinfandel vines interplanted with petite sirah, carignane, a small amount of mataro (mourvèdre), and grenache. For decades, the field blend from this site has produced the quintessential example of Dry Creek Valley zinfandel. Lytton Springs is a prime example of Ridge’s commitment to championing Heritage varietals, varietals planted more than a century ago and surviving in numerous locations. They honour the individual character of these vines by fermenting each variety and each lot separately using natural yeast fermentation, letting the wines undergo natural malolactic, and employing minimal egg white fining.

Robert Drouhin’s vision of an Oregon estate winery that could rival the great vineyards of Burgundy has been realized at DDO. From what began as test plantings of cloned Pinot Noir rootstock, Domaine Drouhin now encompasses 130 acres of hillside vineyards. Interspersed with the Pinot Noir vines are 13 acres of Chardonnay, planted at various elevations and, like in Burgundy, planted right alongside rows of Pinot Noir.
